Cap 3 x redundant flues while on site. If neither of your 3 neighbouring flues are used, its worth capping while we are on the roof, labour is free and cappers are £30.00 + VAT each, so £90.00 + VAT to cap your 3 neighbouring flues. It will stop birds nesting & water ingress.

Notes

Please note price includes 12 bags of vermiculite, each additional bag will be charged at £30.00 or any unused will be refunded.
Flue pipe bends may or may not be required (additional costs maximum of £180.00, only 1 in 5 jobs requires bends).
Flue liner choice will depend on stove choice & guarantee required

General fixtures & fittings, can/will/may include the following;
sand, sharp sand, cement, lintels, small amount of bricks/blocks, quick set, rapid set, fire cement, easy fill, universal bonding compound, nails, screws, bolts, washers, raw plugs, slate, hoover bags, rubble bags, it also factors in the cost of wear & tear on blades & saws etc.
It also covers much more then stated above, general fixture & fittings costs normally range from £75.00 - £180.00 depending on size of job.

Guarantee;

5 years on installation, excluding perishable parts - E.G Fire cement joints will require topping up, we recommend yearly with the sweep.

Stove guarantee subject to manufacturers make/model.

Flue liner guarantee is as above & subject to T&C’s.

Stone is a natural material & once it is in place, any cracks, scratches or stains, would be down to the customer, we will only replace or fix stone work we have damaged ourselves on installation.

Cowls can in extreme winds/weather be blown off we can not be liable for this.

Payment terms;

50% deposit to secure order of goods & book dates, 50% to be paid within 7 days of completion, in rare circumstances, usually due to expensive stove or custom made surrounds, we will require a higher deposit.

Cancellation;

Will result in full refund of deposit accept;

If you cancel within 7 days of job, 10% will be deducted due to potential loss of work
There will be a stock recharge on stoves of up-to 25%
Stock re charge of flue liner 5% (more on 7/8 inch flues)
Hearths that have been custom made will not be refunded
Custom made stone surrounds will not be refunded
Any custom made items will not be refunded.
